How We Work: 4 Steps to Deferment

Legal Audit
We verify compliance of your documents with Art. 23 of the Mobilization Law and CMU Resolution No. 560: MSEK, care certificates, EDEBO, registers. One error — refusal.

Submission Strategy
We determine the optimal path: online via "Reserve+", through ASC, or in person at TCC. We check your data status in the "Oberig" and EDEBO registers.

Document Package
We prepare the application (Appendix 4 or 5 to CMU Resolution No. 560), certify copies, prepare cover letters. We record the submission fact with a registration number.

Monitoring and Support
We track the review period (7-14 days). If deadlines are violated or refusal issued — we immediately proceed to appeal. We accompany until the result is obtained.
Risks of Self-Submission
- "Missing" documents in TCC office — without our recording of the registration number you cannot prove the submission
- Verbal refusal without reasons — illegal but common. Without a lawyer you do not know how to respond
- Errors in "Oberig" registers — automatic renewal will not occur with outdated data
- Formal errors in the application — incorrectly filled Appendix 4/5 = automatic refusal
- Missing the appeal deadline — 6 months from refusal date, after which restoring rights is difficult
Appealing a Deferment Refusal
- Step 1: Official request to the superior TCC body or Ministry of Defense
- Step 2: Administrative lawsuit to court (Art. 55 Constitution) — deadline 6 months from refusal
- Step 3: Motion for injunctive relief — to prohibit TCC from taking actions until the case is resolved
- Court review period: 2-4 months (simplified administrative proceedings)
