Yes. Decisions, actions and inaction of the TCC (Territorial Recruitment Centre) can be challenged administratively — first to the superior TCC, then to the administrative court. The deadline is 3 months from when the violation became known. The O'LAW military lawyer prepares the complaint and represents you in court.
